These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in AI to $100k, a 12-month cohort program offered by Long Family Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the program, you agree to the following terms in full. Please read carefully before completing your enrollment.
AI to $100k is a 12-month digital cohort program delivered via an online training hub. Upon enrollment, you will receive login credentials granting access to course materials, live and recorded calls, custom GPT tools, Claude Skills (when released), plug-and-play automations, and community resources as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, or granting access to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Program Duration: Your enrollment covers 12 months from your purchase date. At the end of 12 months, all access — including live calls, community, content, all programming, group coaching calls, the training hub, recorded materials, and any other program support — will conclude. Access to the training hub and recorded materials is not extended beyond the 12-month cohort unless you re-enroll for another year.

New content, tools, and bonuses announced as "coming soon" will be added to the program hub upon release. We reserve the right to adjust timelines for upcoming additions without notice, provided that the core program curriculum remains available as described.
AI to $100k is available for a one-time payment of $1,997 or a payment plan of 11 monthly payments of $200.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with AI to $100k within 14 days of your purchase date, contact us at the email below and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After the 14-day refund window has closed, all sales are final. No partial refunds, credits, or prorated refunds are available for unused portions of the program, missed calls, or failure to implement the materials.
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email us with your name, purchase email address, and the subject line "Refund Request — AI to $100k." Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
If you joined via a payment plan and request a refund within 14 days, only the first payment will be refunded. Subsequent scheduled payments will be canceled.
All program materials — including but not limited to videos, transcripts, GPT prompts, Claude Skills, automations, templates, email sequences, workbooks, and graphics — are the proprietary intellectual property of Long Family Media LLC and are protected by copyright.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own business. You may not:

Individual results will vary. Testimonials and income figures shared on our sales page and in program materials represent the results of specific students under specific conditions. They are not guarantees, projections, or representations of average or typical outcomes.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your existing audience size, niche, offer quality, implementation effort, prior business experience, available time, and market conditions. Long Family Media LLC makes no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of income or achieve any specific business result as a result of participation in AI to $100k.
This program provides education, tools, and frameworks. Applying them consistently and strategically is your responsibility.
Long Family Media LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or improve the program curriculum, call schedule, tools, platforms, and bonus materials at any time. We are committed to continuously improving the program and adding value, but specific content or tools may be updated, replaced, or retired as AI technology evolves.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes via email or within the program hub. Modifications made to enhance or improve the program do not constitute grounds for a refund outside of the 14-day window.

This program references and provides training on third-party AI tools and platforms including but not limited to Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Make.com, and others. Long Family Media LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for obtaining your own accounts and subscriptions to any third-party tools recommended in the program. Tool availability, pricing, and features are subject to change by those companies at any time and are outside our control.
The GPTs and Claude Skills provided in this program are built on third-party AI platforms. Their performance depends on the underlying model. Long Family Media LLC is not responsible for output quality, platform downtime, or changes made by third-party AI providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Long Family Media LLC, its owner, team members, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in AI to $100k.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this program shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your enrollment. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in the program shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us directly.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hawkins County, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Long Family Media LLC.
Your privacy matters to us. By enrolling, you agree to receive program-related communications via the email address you provide at checkout. You may also receive occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; however, transactional and program-related emails are necessary for program delivery.
We collect and store the personal information necessary to deliver your program access and process your payments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
By completing your purchase of AI to $100k, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Long Family Media LLC with respect to your participation in the program.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued access to the program following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
